If you’re killing yourself in the gym daily but not seeing results; or eating so “clean” you’re tired, hungry and miserable it’s time to ask yourself when will you be done?
Is it worth feeling so exhausted and hungry and fatigued and antisocial just to be one size smaller?

Weight loss is an emotional journey, that looks different on everyone. For many people it’s essential for improved health. But there is a point where you head out of the healthy zone and down a dark alley on the other side.
Find a place where you’re comfortable in your clothes. Where you can sit and eat a meal with your friends or family without feeling guilty about it.

I have trained with Amy for around 9 years, most of which have been child-bearing years.

When I started I was probably the most challenging client as I did not like to sweat and would just stop. Now look at me, a day is not complete with sweat. She has successfully guided me through two of my three pregnancies. After my third pregnancy, I weighed the same when I left the hospital as I did before I fell pregnant. Not that it is all about the scale but it is still a good indicator.

Between the Kettlebell classes and the Pilates, it has helped me become a stronger faster runner which is my true passion.
I have loved the latest edition of the barbell classes as this is something I would never have tried on my own.

Amy has always been encouraging and her never give up attitude pushes everyone in the class. With her expert knowledge she has always adapted all exercises to whichever phase of my life I was currently in. I love the people I train alongside and am proud to be part of the Kettlebelle Crew

Amy makes sure her clients perform each exercise correctly, to avoid injury. She has a real ability to listen and understand the needs of each client – to help that person reach their goals in a safe and doable manner.

All you need when you meet Amy is simply a WILL to reach a goal or make a change, be it body strength, stamina, endurance, better posture, self-image, the list goes on. Once you’ve made that decision, you will never walk alone on your path. She’ll have your back!

Her guidance and informative explanations on how to exercise and stay healthy, her patience when you are impatient, her constant encouragement and the way she believes in you will inspire you to do more and reach new limits. Besides everything else, she has the ability to keep great conversation and has a cracker sense of humour! I value her as a friend and what she has given me over the last six years.
