I am very unfit, can I still join?
Absolutely. I adjust all workouts to the various levels of fitness in my classes. We are not all on the same fitness level, but we can all enjoy the classes together.
I have never done any weight training, can I join?
Most of my clients who start with me have either never had any experience with weights or very little, you can absolutely join.
I have an injury, will I be able to join?
A few of my current clients have injuries, I adjust the workouts to work around your injuries.
Can I train while pregnant?
How long will it take to loose weight?
There is no simple answer to this question. It is entirely up to you. How committed you will be to showing up for class as well as eating balanced meals.
Do I need special equipment/gear to join?
You only need comfortable clothing to exercise in, sports shoes, a towel and a bottle of water. Nothing else needed.
