What is Nutrition Coaching?
Nutrition coaching offers continual support for the individual who is serious about their health and weight loss and understands the long-term commitment it takes to lose the weight effectively and in a way that fits into their lifestyle.
What do you get out of it?
100% support and individual coaching as each person is different – with different goals, lifestyles, habits, food preferences and support systems. As your coach, I assure you that I will do my best to guide you through your weight loss journey with the support and
the guidance you need at every different step of the way.
Nutrition Coaching Only
Choose between my 6 or 12 Month Nutrition Coaching Packages.
Includes full nutrition consultation, meal plan options, weekly check-ins, monthly meeting (in person/video call), nutrition coaching in terms of vitamin and mineral supplementation, monthly worksheets and progress checks.
Access to your coach at any time for advice on food options, menu options if dining out and general guidance in terms of exercise.

Including a customised training programme written specifically for you to perform at home or at the gym.
Weekly check-ins with the nutrition and modifications to the programme
