Pilates Program

 Pilates works on improving your posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as to relieve stress and tension.

Most of my clients combine the Pilates classes with the strength training as they complement each other and together you will have an integrated exercise programme with balanced muscle development, improved muscle tone, balanced musculature and improved posture.

Pilates also has a strong emphasis on breathing techniques and mindful thinking to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance concentration, and even improve sleeping habits and each class contains some form of gentle meditation to calm the body and connect you to your breath to allow you to focus inwards.
